FIRST EPISODE- DIET RULEZ
So,basically what we are gonna do is to leave out carbs for 5 weeks. Yes, is it that simple. We are going to eat a lot of "good" carbs in the form of veggies and fruits.
And no to mention the most difficult part of all, to drink 3-4 L of water every day.
In the following weeks I am going to help you with easy recipes, tipps and tricks! But first, here you have the list of things that you can eat!
For breakfast you can have the following options:
- oats with soy/coconut/almond milk and fresh berries
- omelet made by 2 eggs and vegetables
- protein pancake with fruits
- a smoothie
For lunch you can choose from these:
Veggies:
Asparagus
Avocado
Broccoli
Cabbage
Celery
Cucumber
Eggplant
Garlic (raw)
Kale
Olives
Onions
Spinach
Tomatoes
Zucchini
Fruits:
Strawberries
Blueberries
Blackberries
Raspberries
Green Apple
Pear
Watermelon
Banana
Mango
Cherries
Lean meat and fish:
Chicken
Beef
Tuna
Turkey
Salmon
Sardines
Fat:
coconut oil
olive oil
Nuts and seeds:
Almond
Hazelnuts
Pecans
Walnuts
Cashews
Non Glutonius Grains:
Buckwheat
Millet
Oats
Quinoa
Spices and herbs:
Basil
Black Pepper
Cinnamon
Cloves
Dill
Garlic
Ginger
Oregano

So basically, you can mix and match all the ingedients that I mentioned, but NOTHING else. You can only drink water or tea. In this diet any diary, cheese, or processed food is prohibited. This way this diet will do a deep clean to your body, and combined with the perfect workout the fatt loss is granted.
In the second episode I will show you the workout I suggest to do 3 times per week combined with 1 or 2 high intensity cardio training.
*This diet was not invented by me, I just re imagined the benefits of the Candida diet combined with the diet that the sports industry does to its atheletes.

DON'T FORGET WHY YOU STARTED
Just one more thing to say. I would like to ask you guys to believe in yourself, believe in that you can do anything you want and achieve antyhing you like. All those profiles on instagram work really hard for those six packs, thats true, but they also use steroids and a lot of illegal stuff thats really bad for their health. First and foremost, our No.1 goal is to be healthy...( okay to be honest No1 goal is to have a badass sexy body :D) and happy.
